If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from registering new accounts under your name, fake names, or borrowed names.

Occasionally, we offer gift cards as prizes to users who achieve first place in our competitions. Regarding these prizes:

• Prize notifications will be sent to the email address used for login
• Winners must verify their information and respond within 30 days of notification

By subscribing to HeyTicker Premium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Subscription payments are charged on a monthly basis until cancelled
• You will be billed automatically each month on the same date
• No refunds or credits will be provided for:
• Partial month subscriptions
• Unused subscription periods
• Cancelled subscriptions before the billing period ends
• Service interruptions or modifications
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
• Your profile page, following the link to the payment provider
• Upon cancellation:
• Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for remaining days
• You will not be charged for future billing periods
• We reserve the right to:
• Modify subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Change, limit, or discontinue any feature or portion of the service
• Offer different subscription terms and features to different users
• Promotional offers and trials:
• May have additional terms and conditions
• May convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
